Michael B. Stusse:
Attorney Michael Stusse has been with the firm since 1976 and is primarily responsible for civil litigation with an emphasis in zoning and environmental law, in addition to commercial and residential conveyancing. He is a graduate of American University, Northeastern University School of Law and is a Vietnam Veteran, having served with the 11th Light Infantry Brigade. He is BV® Distinguished™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® for professionalism and ethics, a past member of the Barnstable Housing Authority, Planning Board and Conservation Commission. Mr. Stusse is an experienced litigator on matters involving business organization, law, real estate matters, and environmental and public health issues. Mr. Stusse is admitted to practice in Federal and State Courts and was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 1979.

Donna M. Robertson:
Attorney Donna Robertson is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and was admitted to practice law in 1979 following graduation from Western New England School of Law. She is a past President of the Barnstable County Bar Association and has served on the Board of Delegates for the Massachusetts Bar Association. She is a resident of Wellfleet and has been a member and Chairperson of the Town Board of Appeals. Ms. Robertson's primary area of practice is in probate, family law, trusts and estates and real estate, both residential, commercial and mediation. She has lectured with Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education in the field of probate matters and is a past member of the Southeastern Region Bench-Bar Committee, as well as a member of the C.A.P. panel of attorneys, appointed by the Barnstable Probate Court to represent children in contested custody cases. She currently also serves as a court-appointed conciliator through the Barnstable Probate Court. She has also been recognized as BV® Distinguished™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® for professionalism and ethics.
Matthew J. Dupuy: Attorney Matthew J. Dupuy has been a partner at the Ardito Law Group, formerly known as Ardito, Sweeney, Stusse, Robertson & Dupuy, since 1986. He is a graduate of the Western New England College School of Law and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. With 47 years of legal experience, Matt began practicing law in 1978. Matt’s current practice focuses on Elder Law, including assisting clients in obtaining MassHealth benefits for nursing home coverage, as well as Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and all Probate matters. He is also experienced in Estate Litigation, Real Estate matters, and Superior Court litigation. Since 1981, Attorney Dupuy has been a trial attorney, beginning his litigation career representing criminal defendants through the Bar Advocate Program. He has handled cases in all Massachusetts courts, including the Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court.
Attorney Dupuy is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Barnstable County Bar Association. In addition to his legal career, Matt is deeply involved in the Cape Cod community. He has coached various youth sports teams and played a key role in establishing new leagues for softball, basketball, baseball, and soccer to benefit children of all ages.
Kelly S. Jason: Ms. Jason joined the firm in 2002 and maintains a diverse practice. She concentrates in Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Business law. Ms. Jason has extensive experience representing lenders and businesses, including oil and gas companies, restaurants and marinas, in a wide range of transactional matters, including high value asset based and real estate financing. She also has extensive experience representing clients in trust and estate administration, domestic relations, land court matters, civil litigation and creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Jason is admitted to practice in Massachusetts state courts, United States District Court, United States Bankruptcy Court and is a Certified Mediator. She is a member of the Barnstable County Bar Association and a participant in the Lawyer of the Day pro bono program. Ms. Jason is a fourth generation Cape Codder and an avid equestrian.

Adam T. Dupuy:
Attorney Adam Dupuy is a proud second generation Cape Codder. He is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and was admitted to practice following graduation from the New England School of Law | Boston. Mr. Dupuy represents small business owners throughout Cape Cod, counseling them on organizational structuring, purchase agreements, and employment matters. Adam also represents residential and commercial landlords throughout southeastern Massachusetts, assisting them with lease agreements, eviction actions, and collections. His other primary areas of practice include general civil litigation, real estate conveyancing, and estate planning. Mr. Dupuy is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Barnstable County Bar Association and was nominated Vice President of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce in 2016.

Noël C.M. Scudder:
Attorney Noël Scudder graduated Providence College in 2007 and Hofstra University School of Law in 2010. After graduating from law school, Ms. Mahlstadt moved to Cape Cod from Long Island and currently resides in Hyannis. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2011, with admission pending in New York. Ms. Mahlstadt is a member of the Barnstable County Bar Association. She joined the firm in 2011 and her primary areas of practice are estate planning and probate litigation.

Alexa A. Mislitski:
Attorney Alexa Mislitski is a Pennsylvania native who received her undergraduate degree from Roanoke College (Salem, Virginia) in 2011. She received her J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2014, graduating with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law. Attorney Mislitski was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2014 and is currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Barnstable Bar Association, and Cape Cod Young Professionals. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Title Agent for First American Title Insurance. She joined the practice as an intern in 2013 and became an Associate Attorney in November 2014. Her primary areas of practice are civil litigation, personal injury, family law and divorce, real estate conveyancing, and estate planning.
